+ Do you provide car seats?
No, we do not provide car seats. You will need to provide your own car seat if one is needed.
+ How many passengers fit in a bus?
A large bus can comfortably accommodate between 30 to 35 passengers. Our bus features 26 seats, so the available space may vary depending on your group size. For more information, don't hesitate to contact us at (763) 425-2542.
+ How many passengers fit in a small bus?
25 passengers fit on a small bus.
+ Can we bring food?
Snacks are allowed in the vehicles. Please note there is no table space or place to put food. Glass containers are not allowed. You must bring a bag, pick up your trash, and take the bag with you at the end of the tour. Any messes left behind are subject to our damage deposit policy.
+ Can we bring a cooler?
Yes, small coolers are allowed.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours (3 days) before tour departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days will not be refunded unless approved by Northstar Buslines/American Student Transportation personnel.
+ Do you require a damage deposit?
Yes, a $75 deposit will be held on your credit card in the event of negligent damage to the vehicle or if cleanup is required.
+ What is your alcohol policy?
Must be over 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Please no glass. You must bring a bag, pick up your trash, and take the bag with you at the end of the tour. Any messes left behind are subject to our damage deposit policy.
+ Can we add additional stops?
No additional stops can be added to the route. Although, we will leave this up to the driver.
+ Where do we get on the tour? Can you pick us up from home?
Yes, our policy is that we will pick up and drop off you and your group at one location of your choosing within our service area within the 20-mile service radius.
+ What is your service area?
We will service up to 20 miles around our Maple Grove and Blaine Terminals. If you are not located within the radius, please contact us for alternative pick up/drop off locations.
+ What is your bad weather policy?
In the event of bad weather and/or road conditions, we may have to cancel and reschedule your tour. In the event we are unable to accommodate a rebooking for you, you will be given a full refund. If we cannot accommodate a rebooking, you will receive a full refund.
